The Adamawa State Technological Monitoring and Evaluation (Citizen Eyes and Ears) Hub has commenced a five-day intensive, hands-on capacity-building training for its administrative staff, aimed at strengthening their skills in effectively managing and operating the Hub’s digital monitoring platform.
The training, which commences on 15th December, 2025 is designed to equip Hub administrators with the technical and operational competencies required for proper site management, data handling, system administration, and timely reporting. This initiative underscores the commitment of the Adamawa State Government to strengthening institutional capacity for evidence-based decision-making and improved service delivery.
The five-day training is expected to significantly enhance the efficiency and responsiveness of the Citizen Eyes and Ears Hub, ultimately strengthening transparency, accountability, and citizen participation in governance across Adamawa State.
Day One of the training featured introductory sessions and the overview of all the menus of the admethub.adspc.ad.gov.ng. Participants learnt how to edit page, add documents on the site and practical demonstrations on system navigation and basic site management functions. Participants actively engaged in practical exercises designed to reinforce learning and ensure hands-on understanding of the platform.
