British High Commission Delegation Visits Adamawa State Planning Commission’s Technological Monitoring Hub

The Adamawa State Planning Commission (ADSPC) hosted a high-profile familiarization visit by a delegation from the British High Commission, marking a significant milestone in the Commission’s growing international visibility. The visit centred on the Commission’s flagship Technological Monitoring Hub — popularly known as the Citizens’ Eyes and Ears platform — a cutting-edge digital tool designed to empower Adamawa citizens to actively participate in monitoring government projects and programmes across the state.

The Executive Chairman of the Adamawa State Planning Commission personally received and conducted the British High Commission delegation on a comprehensive walkthrough of the Commission’s digital infrastructure. The tour spotlighted two key online platforms that are at the heart of Adamawa’s digital governance drive:

admethub.adspc.ad.gov.ng — The dedicated Technological Monitoring Hub portal, where real-time data on government projects and programmes are made accessible for citizen review, tracking, and reporting.

adspc.ad.gov.ng — The general website of the Adamawa State Planning Commission, serving as a comprehensive resource for the Commission’s activities, publications, and strategic plans.

The Executive Chairman walked the delegation through both platforms in detail, demonstrating their functionalities, navigational menus, and the wealth of data they make publicly available. She underscored the Commission’s commitment to leveraging technology not only as an internal planning tool, but as a bridge between government and the governed.
